After too long of a hiatus, one of hip hop’s favorite music groups Outkast reunited for their 20th Anniversary tour, “I’m Sorry Miss Jackson.” Fans rejoiced as Andre 3000 and Big Boi paused their solo career takeovers but their return isn’t as everyone would have expected.
Apparently sources are saying the two don’t get along with Dre blaming his counterpart’s smoking habits and tardiness as a main problem and Big’s pointing fingers at 3000’s oversized ego.
According to Dish Nation, their back turning disastrous Coachella performance was the beginning of their sinking group. If you were present at their May 31st performance for the Bottle Rock Festival in Napa, California; a source said “Andre felt Big Boi wasn’t assisting on verses, so he leaned in and shouted at him, “Come on man! F*ck! Back me up!”
“Andre and Big Boi may share a stage, but trust me – they can’t stand each other,” the source continued. “They physically stand so far apart from each other when they’re performing that it’s become a joke that they’re two solo acts on stage.”
