Mona Scott Young’s always trying to grow her ratchet resume but there might be some waters even she can’t part. The producer is trying to add Sorority Sisters—a reality show to feature sorority members of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Phi Beta and Sigma Gamma Rho—to her long list of reality series. And we know with her ratchet-tation she will focus on the negatives and quickly demolish the aims, goals, and credibility of the members of the black female greek organization.
Catching wind of her upcoming production, Reynoir Lewis created a petition to “stop the spread of ignorance and stereotyping of our beloved Black Greek letter organizations.”
The petition—which lives on MoveOn.org—was addressed to Viacom’s current president and CEO, Phillipe Dauman, as well as President Barack Obama. They’re goal is to reach 25k signed petitions. If you want to sign, flip the page and join the cause.
