[New Video] Weird Al Yankovic Spoofs ‘Blurred Lines’ With ‘Word Crimes’

Weird Al’s attacking the violators of diction.

As promised Weird Al Yankovic released his second of eight videos with “Word Crimes.” Spoofing Robin Thicke’s misogynistic track, “Blurred Lines” he’s correcting the grammatically incorrect.

If you’ve never won a spelling bee, Yankovic is talking to you. Style-jacking the famous #THICKE hashtag, from the original Pharrell-featured visual he’s insulting many in this four minute comedy.

“You should never write words using numbers unless you’re seven or your name is Prince,” he advises. And he’s already received two thumbs up from his famous peers. The Roots drummer, Questlove tweeted.
