One of the reasons Fuller lost custody of their daughter was due to her financial situation, a source in the courtroom told Bossip.
“The judge said she felt they both loved the child—the main issue “was her instability versus his stability. The judge said Fuller’s $800 a month salary as a housekeeping supervisor for a national hotel chain couldn’t compare to the lifestyle her millionaire rapper baby-daddy – and his new wife, Eudoxie – could provide the tot.”
Also Tamika’s past parental indiscretions with her eldest daughter raised concern with Judge Dorothy Downs. During the three-day trial, it was revealed that for a few years after the birth of her eldest daughter, Fuller disappeared.
In the end, Judge Downs gave the rapper primary physical custody of the one-year-old and the mother will get her daughter 11 days out of the month. The judge also recommended that Fuller get a better paying job considering her expenses are four times her $800 a month salary.
Fuller’s lawyer, Lisa West, said the mother will not appeal the custody decision.
“She (Fuller) was distraught after the decision. She’s upset at the outcome, but based on sitting in the court room, and listening to the evidence, the judge made the best call.”
The actor’s attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham released a statement following the ruling.
“After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter”.
We hope the ugliness will subside and the two will get along enough to provide a suitable parental relationship for their daughter.
