Drake Announces Fourth Album ‘Views From The 6’

Drake vs Weezy

Drake’s preparing to take the game over, again.

The YMCMB rapper revealed in a press release the title to his next album ‘Views From the 6.’ This will be the follow-up to last year’s ‘Nothing Was the Same.’

He didn’t reveal a release date but he rapped about a Spring 2015 takeover in his “0 to 100” track, “We already got spring 2015 poppin’ / PND droppin’ / Reps-Up P droppin’ / Majid Jordan droppin’ / OB droppin’ / Not to mention me droppin’.”

However, anticipating fans won’t have to wait ’til next year to hear from him because the rapper has a busy summer ahead of him.

Today (July 16) Drake will host the 2014 ESPY Awards. It’ll air live from the Nokia Theatre in LA at 9pm (EST).  His OVO Sound label will release two albums, ‘A Place Like This’ from Majid Jordan (July 22) and ‘PARTYNEXTDOOR’ from PARTYNEXTDOOR (July 29).

His fifth annual OVO Fest will return to Toronto’s Molson Canadian Amphitheatre the weekend August 3rd. He’ll hit the stage with Outkast and other surprise guests.

Once his home country festival concludes, he’ll begin his Drake vs. Wayne tour on August 8th at New York’s Darien Lake Performing Arts Center.

Such a busy man, we wonder what groupie adventures and host bragging will find itself intertwined in lyrics from  ‘Views From the 6.’
