Chris Brown’s worries aren’t yet over.
The singer was predicted to resolve his Washington, DC assault case today (June 25) but it fell through. In a good deal gone bad, the attorneys couldn’t come to a concise agreement on what the singer would take blame for from his photobomb incident.
Last October during Howard Homecoming, the “Loyal” singer was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. He was accused of hitting Parker Adams for photobombing the singer outside the W hotel.
If it wasn’t for bad luck…you know the rest—at the time, he was on probation in California for his ’09 attack on then girlfriend, Rihanna. Breezy’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said neither party could agree to the facts about the night outside the W hotel.
“They wanted him to read from a script that wasn’t true,” Geragos said after the hearing. “If they want a trial, that’s what they’ll get.”
The actor’s court date has been scheduled for Sept. 8 and it’s expected to take a day and a half.
