Weird Al Tacky

It was only a matter of time until Pharrell’s “Happy” got the official stamp of approval.

While Oprah accolades and Grammy-nods are cool, a Weird Al Yankovic spoof is the icing on it all. The parodist king is going on an eight-day spoofing challenge and he kicked off day one with the producer’s money maker. Newly titled “Tacky,” Weird Al heads to downtown Los Angeles for the comedy-driven song.

Wearing a colorfully printed suit and long curly shoulder-length hair, he proceeds to point out everything tasteless. Using the original video as inspiration, he grabs his own set of celebrity cameos. Wearing outfits that fit the song theme celebs like Aisha Tyler, Jack Black, and Margaret Cho frolic around the humorous visual.

This track will appear on his 14th album Mandatory Fun which will be released tomorrow. You can expect a remixed version of Iggy Azalea, Lorde, and Robin Thicke’s radio hits.
